Mayhem players were really aggressive from the onset, attacking as a team and the results were there for all to see. They hunted in packs and made sure to stay inside the zone throughout the first game unlike some of the other teams which got eliminated for not being able to stay inside the boundaries.
Mayhem grabbed 26 points in the first game with 20 place points followed by Revenge Esports with 25 and Team Soul with 28 but both had lesser place points than Mayhem with 14 and 10 respectively.
Team Revenge and Team Soul came in 2nd and 3rd respectively. Team Revenge managed 11 kills while Team Soul grabbed 18 kills in total.
Celtz claimed victory in the second match of the India Today PUBG Mobile League Invitational tournament on Thursday with 13 kills ahead of TSM Entity and Team Soul.
Celtz player MJ topped the charts with 8 kills alone followed by ATTANKI and RoXX with 3 and 2 kills respectively. TSM Entity stayed till the end with just one of their player alive, TSNenCLUTCHGOD, who could have won it for his team but CeltzMJ nailed the final shot to put his team on top.
Celtz is a new team which has made his debut this year. Even though the team didn’t perform well in some of the past tournaments, but the team never fails to punish their opponents in crucial situations which is exactly what they did in the second game to claim Chicken Dinner.
Team Soul led the overall standings with 38 points and 23 kills followed by Celtz (34 points) and Revenge Esports (33 pts).
After Mayhem and Celtz clinched glory Erangel and Miramar, respectively Team fnatic bossed Vikendi with some by expertly combining attack with defence.
Fnatic, one of the most prestigious organizations in the eSports industry, was launched in 2019 for the mobile eSports. However, the team Fnatic has faced several roaster changes in the past year where all the players were playing under the supervision of coach Aurum.
Meanwhile, team Soul, who are likely to retain the top spot, finished third in Vikendi. SouLAman was the last-man-standing but he was undone by Fnatic.
After 2 disappointing outings in Match 1 and 2, Team Tamilas stepped up and finished 2nd with 9 kills and a total of 19 points in Match 3.
Team Powerhouse took the honours in the final match on Day 1 of the India Today League 2020 PUBG Mobile Invitational by winning the Chicken Dinner.
With 12 kill points, Powerhouse dominated the Sanhok Map and finished 5th in the overall standings on Day 1.
PowerHouse is one of the most aggressive teams when it comes to engaging in the early battles of the match. Previously, the former players Iconic and Novaking were a part of Team Soul where both the players decided to make a new squad compete in the tournaments.
Powerhouse pipped Team IND and 8bit in a 3-way battle that left fans on the edge of their seats in Match 4 of the India Today League PUBG Mobile on Day 1.
